About Savron
Our solutions are based on our patented smoldering-based technology (STAR/STARx) – an energy-efficient self-sustaining combustion process that captures and recycles the energy released from hazardous materials to destroy them in an effective, controllable, and safe manner.
STAR is used to treats soils and sludge containing petroleum hydrocarbons, coal tar, creosote, mineral oils, and emerging contaminants. Low energy requirements, scalability, and the ability to treat high moisture content soils (e.g., below the water table for in situ applications) makes STAR/STARx an attractive choice for managing environmental liabilities to comply with regulatory requirements in the oil and gas, waste management, chemical manufacturing, municipal, and utility industries.
We deliver STAR/STARx directly or through our partners, providing initial assessments and pre-design/testing services, to full turnkey and equipment leasing solutions.
